Ciao Bernardo! Speriamo escano buone storie globali! ;-)
You might also want to read David Tabizel’s book “The Internet – an Investment Perspective” (Financial Publications 1992).
In this book Tabizel predicted a “Three Wave Theory” of the Internet. The first wave was about hardware, telecoms infrastructure and search capability.
The second wave was about rich media content and user feedback and content. The third wave of the Internet will be (according to Tabizel) when the digital world merges with the ‘real world’ to form a “seamless and mobile cross platform digital society, not just in publishing and economic trade, but also in terms of social and political integration”.
Tabizel predicted that entire political parties, stock markets and even digital economies would emerge forming “super-virtual” economic nations by 2015, some of which would eventually challenge the independence of physical nations.
